is a company dedicated to providing the best engineering skills and sound equipment to bands, theatre schools, pantomimes etc. Not only do we have some of the latest technology in the business, our gear never leaves without an extremely experienced sound engineer. With our engineers combined experience of 35 years in the sound business, you know you are in safe hands.
The company was founded by Eoin O'Grady and Michael Russell in 2005 to provide equipment for a local band. Since then, we have just grown and grown. At the start, we didn't have much equipment, so we relied on the expertise of our engineers to operate borrowed and hired gear. Now that we have a full rig, we can still offer the same unbelievable engineering skills to our customers, but also keep prices down by using our own equipment. And of course we pass this saving on to our customers! |

Acoustic Modeling & Psycho-acoustic Sound Systems!
Acoustic modeling is basically modeling a sound system to match a room’s acoustics. This means that intelligibility of vocals and speech will be greatly improved. It also describes the way in which certain frequencies are boosted or cut to produce that perfect sound you hear on your CD player or in a concert hall. This alone can be the difference in good sound and bad sound.
The term psycho-acoustics refers to the psychological aspect of hearing – in contrast to the physiological transfer of impulses (transmission of nervous pulses). Psycho-acoustics examines the effect of sound on the listener and the reasons for certain sonic impressions. These are the portions of the audio spectrum which we perceive as “presence” or “naturalness”. If this kind of information is missing, the sound suffers from a loss in “freshness”, liveliness” and spatial transparency.
Our company specialises in making sound lively and natural again, through the use of new technologies and the unbelievable knowledge and ingenuity of our engineers.

Our founder, Eoin O'Grady strictly followed this principle as the company went from nothing to being a high end audio supplier. Good sound was not good enough when it could be excellent. From the beginning, Eoin would not accept payment for a gig where he was disappointed with the sound (but that hasn't happened yet). All our engineers now adopt this principle to ensure that the customer is always satisfied.

have been working in sound technology since 2003. A sound engineer, who in his time had worked with bands while they toured with the likes of Thin Lizzy, took me under his wing after realizing my potential. After showing my true love for live sound, and my ability to learn quickly, I soon became indispensable at all of his events. I owe so much of my experience to that man, Mr. Joe Greagsbey, and that is where I learnt to do things right the first time.
Since then, the feedback I have been getting back about the sound at my shows is absolutely fantastic.
Now, with experience engineering talent such as "Hybrasil", "Kill Man Ten", "Soma State", "Cronus", "Chained Angel", "Tarantino", "Spearhead" and many, many more, as well as the countless number of " Battle of the Bands", my ear has developed to a point where mixing is simple. Even daunting tasks like setting an EQ seem second nature. I feel completely at home behind a mixing desk.
Other experience includes pantomimes, choir services, theatre productions (such as "Music & Dance Miscellany") and many more.
